Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park is kicking butts by making Mini-Butts Personal Ashtrays available to visitors via their Cultural Centre.

"We were increasingly alarmed about the amount of cigarette butts being littered around Uluru Kata Tjuta, and No BuTTs personal ashtrays have solved the problem”, said Julie Wilson. Mini-Butts give our visitors the ability to safely and easily dispose of their butts, no matter where they may be in our resort or anywhere else.

The response from visitors, rangers and also maintenance staff has been 100% positive. There is now a clear and obvious decrease in the amount of butts littering Uluru, and our surrounding areas.

Mini-Butts personal ashtray dispensers are located at the Cultural Centre and signs inform patrons about the problem of cigarette butt litter, and advise of Mini-Butts availability.
